Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
For large furniture items, our specialized logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time for curbside or in-home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
